PixionWeb provides website design, website development, e-commerce development, website redesign, UI/UX design, website maintenance, and related digital services. The scope of work, timeline, and cost will be defined and agreed upon before the start of each project.
All projects require an upfront payment before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the website goes live or the final files are delivered. Payment terms, milestones, and methods will be agreed upon before the project starts.
We provide a limited number of revisions depending on the project scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Project timelines depend on project size, client feedback, and content availability. PixionWeb is not responsible for delays caused by late content, images, or feedback from the client.
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, login access, and project materials. Clients must ensure that all provided content does not violate any copyright or legal laws.
Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domain, plugins, themes, payment gateways, or APIs. The cost of these services is not included unless clearly mentioned in the project proposal.
We build websites following best practices for performance and SEO. However, we do not guarantee specific speed scores, rankings, or business results, as these depend on hosting, content, SEO strategy, and other external factors.
Support and maintenance are not included unless agreed upon in a separate maintenance plan or support agreement.
Due to the nature of digital services, payments made are non-refundable once the project has started and work has been delivered.
